Society Of Active General Education Students
Brief Description
The official organization of all Bachelor in Elementary Education students’ shall be known as the Society of Active General Education Students, known as SAGES.
Vision
Uphold academic excellence and be an exemplary living example of the youth, molders, and catalysts of change.
Mission
SAGES aims to be a productive and operational student body organization that promotes academic excellence, functional leadership, and holistic development among its members, with the means to support them towards becoming visionary leaders, catalysts for change, and prime movers for progress. SAGES commits itself to:
- Promote and uphold academic excellence among all of its members.
- Engage its members in community extension activities in the school or within the community.
- Promote a mutually supportive environment by providing equal opportunities for peers’s growth regardless of personal differences.
- Create an Income Generating Project (IGP) for organizational savings and funding for its sustainability.
Goal/Objectives
Section 1: The organization affirms that the school exists for the Filipino and should therefore enhance the professional and personal attributes of each member to become holistically developed, globally competitive, and productive citizens of society.
Section 2: The organization believes in the power of unity, cooperation, collaboration, and the power of motivation. Thus, the effort and valuable contributions must be recognized to increase or sustain his or her enthusiasm and dedication to serve.
Section 3: The organization realizes the effectiveness of a united and collective leadership effort of each LLCC_SAGES member for the attainment of the constitution’s VMGO, core values, and organization’s VM.
Section 4: The organization shall strive to support the rights of its members as it exists in an educational institution that embodies democracy.
