Brief Description
The Supreme Student Government act as the Highest governing body of all student organization of the Lapu-Lapu City College. It is an organization that fosters student’s leadership and management skills wherein they conduct fruitful, cultural and transitional activities, programs and projects that benefited the welfare of the students.
VISION
Lapu-Lapu City College, a local college in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, strives for the satisfaction and betterment of the students and stakeholders supporting the institution. With the help of the Supreme Student Government, this institution shall be known as a model institution in accordance with the vision of the organization: “The Supreme Student Government shall become the primary advocate and catalyst of promising change for the students and the steadfast and extended helping hand of the Lapu-Lapu City College administration to the students.”
MISSION
Supported by its vision, the Supreme Student Government dedicates itself to:
- conduct and provide different institutional and communal activities for the unleashing and flourishing of skills and abilities;
- convey and become the firm voice of the studentry, addressing their needs and concerns; and
- assist in molding future competent and resilient leaders inside the institution and outside the community.
OBJECTIVES
The Supreme Student Government (SSG) shall have the following General Objectives:
- To develop love of God and Country, moral character, personal discipline,leadership and efficiency among its members;
- To train members for effective and efficient leadership;
- To help the students develop self-confidence;
- To promote unity among leaders and the studentry;
- To maintain school aspiration to promote quality education and academic excellence;
- To serve and protect students right and welfare; and
- To represent the studentry in the policy making body of the school concerning students welfare

● Officers will stand up for what is right and moral, justify a deed, and take responsibility for an action done personally or by the other officers involved. - Resiliency
● Problems arise the least one expects. So when something unexpected happens, officers will be capable of overcoming and recovering quickly and thinking of backup plans ahead of time without solely relying on others.
