The seal of Lapu – Lapu City College is lighted on top as the source of energy in life. The blue ribbon represents the name of the city, bearing LAPU – LAPU as our hero, underneath is the Philippine flag centered by the Lapu – Lapu seal, the bottom points to 2010, the year the college was founded.

      On the open book above signifying education are the Latin words:  Scientia, Integritas and Veritas, what the college aspires to offer the students; scientia: knowledge and discovery of truths, arts and skills acquired through study and practice; integritas: moral soundness, honesty and uprightness in character building for good citizenships.

      The lighted lamp above provides the source of enlightenment in the search for truth and knowledge, dispelling the darkness of ignorance. The spring of laurel symbolizes honor, fame, distinction and excellence, the inspiring forces for which the College strives.
